Project description

The services that can be provided in this consulting contract are as follows:
According to the description of the service approved by the monitoring device that is consistent with the contract.
Presenting a report on the current situation and forecasting the future in order to improve quality and quantity.
Monitoring the executive performance.
Studying and reviewing the necessary policies and proposals in the field of executive and research activities.
Examining the strengths and weaknesses and providing expert suggestions in various fields referred by the employer.
Continuous follow-up and monitoring of relevant results and activities.
Reviewing and evaluating the performance of executive tasks, necessary analysis.
Necessary coordination and planning in order to achieve the goals set by the employer.
Other matters referred by the employer, in order to review, monitor and provide the necessary reports.
