The services that can be provided in this EPC contract are as follows:

Studying and checking the existing system and identifying the problems of the existing system and diagnosing the cause of the problem.
Providing a solution to solve the problem of oxidation and renovating and optimizing the performance of the furnace and designing a new system in accordance with the solutions.
Preparation, supply and installation of equipment needed for the project.
The contractor is obliged to consider in his optimization plan, in addition to electrical studies, instrumentation and mechanical automation, and the structure of the furnace, and if necessary, to design, provide and implement mechanical and structural changes of the furnace to improve its performance.
Implementation of new PLC-S7 automation systems with WinCC monitoring
Replacing existing actuators with new and updated actuators.
Creation of a data logger system to record the history of furnace temperature changes in software form.
Cold and hot testing and setting up and doing all the final settings.
Preparation of final plans (As Built)
