The beginning of the management project under the name of research project

The opening session of the second phase of the knowledge management project was held under the title of the research project of documenting and sharing organizational experiences, hosted by the special services management of Iran’s National Drilling Company. He stated: Through this software, managements will check their capacities and have access to these capacities, and points will be given to the experiences of employees. The director of the special services of the company also said about the capabilities of this collection: This management is carried out by experts and specialists, and due to various specialized activities with a large geographical scope, we need to document these activities. Ali Deghaighi added: In this project, the information and knowledge of the employees will be documented, and in the following years, engineers and young employees will be able to use the information of the veteran experts of the company, and in addition, in the scoring section of this system, active and elite employees can be selected. Also, the Director of Research, Technology and Construction Engineering of the company said: Considering the importance and approach to knowledge management in the world, this project was defined by these affairs and after being called and going through legal procedures, a research contract was concluded with Shahid Beheshti University and this project It will be implemented for the first time in the subsidiaries of the National Iranian Oil Company in the National Iranian Drilling Company. Mehdi Arshian added: The aforementioned software is used to collect and disseminate the experiences and technical knowledge of employees, and it separates active employees from inactive employees and creates more motivation among employees. He added: The first phase of the project included the examination of the conditions and organizational maturity of the company in the field of knowledge management and software installation, and in the next phase of the project, it was necessary to determine a pilot for the implementation of the project, which, considering all aspects, including high-tech, would create The significant added value of the activities, as well as the high level of education and expertise, the management of special drilling services was selected and we hope that the whole organization will benefit from its positive results.
