Arshian said: One of the tasks of this administration is communication with scientific centers and universities, which takes place in the form of activities, collaborations and research contracts, and every year it leads to the signing of at least five projects, which is currently the largest research project with the university. The oil industry is a comprehensive well design and construction software design, which includes all the necessary specialties for well construction, which includes 20 specializations and has been keyed since last year, and is being implemented with more than 30% progress.

It is a mobile brain tube during operation, which is based on the approved workflow of annual needs and priorities, and after being approved by the Supreme Research Council of the company, a research call is made through the broadcasting system of the Supreme Council of Research Sciences and Technology of the country, and after receiving the proposals of the university and arbitration procedures, the winners will be determined and soon it will be implemented by signing a contract.

In connection with the use of ideas and the application of innovative plans presented by the company’s employees, he said: Last year, a significant number of new plans and ideas were proposed by the employees of the various operational, support and headquarters departments of the company. which was examined by experts, and one of them was the invention of the necessary tools and materials in the cementing service sector of oil and gas wells. It was returned to the operational circuit.

In connection with this article, Arshian said: Some ideas are at the level of scientific information, and in general, various factors, including high risk and non-acceptance of the applicant unit’s responsibility, especially in cases inside the well, make the work more difficult. But at least the ideas that are on the ground level and do not need to be installed in the well are put into operation.
